The earlier your child is introduced to martial arts, the better! The Little Dragons program caters to the unique needs of 4-7 year old’s with structured and engaging activities. Building confidence at a young age is critical, that’s why our toddler martial arts classes are so important to us here at TDMA. This class will focus on introducing the basics, teaching kindness and patience, and having loads of fun!

Once students reach the Junior Dragons level, class time is increased to 45 minutes and students are given higher expectations to meet. Our Junior Dragons class will build on the basic moves they mastered while in Little Dragons, learning more advanced techniques and fine-tuning advanced motor skills.

Between social media, peer pressure, and the demands of school, kids today have a lot of distractions. Martial arts is the perfect activity for your student, providing benefits that go far beyond the dojo. Martial arts help kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community full of future friends and mentors!

The adult training program at TDMA is about helping men, women, and families across Nebraska stay active, learn self-defense, and stay motivated week in and week out. This program gives you the chance to learn together and create new family memories for a lifetime. Our goal is to help inspire the next generation of martial artists. We even have instructor development curriculum to move those dedicated individuals from students to teachers.

Do or do not, there is no try. Designed with beginners in mind, our Saber classes can help you improve your coordination, let you indulge your inner Jedi, or help your child learn focus while having fun. Classes are available for children, adults, and families. Lightsaber rental is included.

Children have so many options for what to do with their time after school. After a full day of focusing on schoolwork, it is a lot to ask for them to continue that level of attention. Our dynamic After-School Programs are engaging and your kid’s won’t want to miss a day

Our competition team is geared towards competitive athletes who wish to enhance their speed, focus, accuracy, timing and efficiency of movement for local, regional, and national competition. Interested students are required to obtain permission from their instructor. TDMA provides additional competition training for members interested in tournaments.
